Renda Media is a media company that owns and operates 4 radio stations in the Naples/Ft. Myers market: 101.9 WWGR Gator Country, 104.7 WGSL Mix-FM, 102.9 WJGO BOB-FM and 98.9 WGUF Naples News Talk. We are located at 28291 Race Track Rd. in Bonita Springs.
Responsibilities:
Planning and preparing for station events such as grand openings, concerts,
festivals and on-site station appearances at a client’s business.
You’ll be responsible for helping set up whatever is needed including tents, tablecloths, banners and prizes. During the event you’ll interact with listeners, conduct contests/games and hand out prizes. After the event you will breakdown and return all items to the prize closet.
Required Qualifications:
Time management and attention to detail are extremely important to be successful in this position. You’ll need arrive early to events and follow a detailed check list. Our listeners and clients are our customers, so being able to interact appropriately is key. You’ll need an outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people.
Working Hours: As needed for scheduled events, usually evenings and weekends
Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs., have their own transportation and a valid driver’s license
Pay: $16/hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION
Account Executives seek out businesses here in Southwest Florida and help grow through tailor made advertising packages including ON-AIR, DIGITAL, or ON-LOCATION marketing solutions.
The position is Full Time and comes with a lot of freedom: It is almost entirely out of the office, meaning you oversee your own day! As an Account Executive (“AE”), you will report to the Sales Manager and attend weekly in office team meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):
– Hit station revenue goals, by: Prospecting, Creating, Maintaining, and Growing potential advertisers.
– Achieve monthly, quarterly, and Annual goals.
– Deliver proof of performance to clients.
REQUIREMENTS (including, but not limited to):
– Guts and Thick Skin! This job is not for the faint of heart. You must be comfortable asking a business owner to invest in your advertising product, multiple times a day.
– Communication Skills. Are you relatable? Will clients trust you to handle their advertising? Can you establish trust & credibility?
– Computer Skills. We are virtually paperless. Almost all orders, commercials, and communication is digital. You must be comfortable in this efficient and fast-moving environment.
– Transportation! You must provide your own vehicle & insurance coverage.
Pay: Starting @ $50,000.00 per year
